  • At ApplyMate, we aim to provide high-quality, professional services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Payments for services must be made in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Due to the nature of our services (CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, and job application support), refunds are generally not available once work has started, as time and expertise are invested immediately.

  • If you request a cancellation before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • In the event of dissatisfaction, ApplyMate may, at its sole discretion, offer reasonable revisions or adjustments instead of a refund.

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client

  • Outcomes beyond our control, such as employer decisions or lack of responses to applications

  • Platform issues (e.g., LinkedIn/Indeed account suspensions or restrictions)

  • Any approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • ApplyMate reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we believe our services were delivered as described.

  • By purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
