ApplyMate will not be held responsible if any account is blocked, suspended, or restricted on any platform as a result of activity carried out.

Some application submissions may be managed by our support team to ensure efficiency, and you consent to this as part of the service.

ApplyMate does not guarantee a job offer, interview, or outcome from its services. Our role is to prepare and support your applications to a high professional standard, but final decisions rest with employers.

ApplyMate may share general career tips, newsletters, or updates by email unless you choose to opt out.

All CVs, LinkedIn content, and other deliverables created for you become your property once delivered. However, all underlying templates, processes, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of ApplyMate and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed.

Payments for services must be made in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are managed under our Refund Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

ApplyMate reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if a client breaches these Terms.

ApplyMate is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Indeed, or any other third-party platform. We cannot control changes to third-party websites, systems, or terms of use. You acknowledge that your use of such platforms is subject to their separate terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyMate will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes (but is not limited to) loss of employment opportunities, account restrictions, or platform-related issues.

ApplyMate may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
